Licensing & Compliance
All electrical work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC),
Ohio building regulations, and all applicable local codes. Our team maintains all required
state and local licenses, including Ohio Electrical License #48243.
Estimates & Pricing
- Written estimates are provided before work begins unless otherwise discussed.
- Prices are based on labor, materials, equipment, and project scope.
- Unexpected conditions will be communicated promptly along with any cost adjustments.
- Invoices are due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.
Scheduling & Appointment Policies
- Appointment windows are provided for arrival, not project completion.
- Customers will be notified of delays whenever possible.
- Emergency service availability may vary based on workload and staffing.
Warranty & Workmanship
- All workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of service.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment and materials.
- Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, environmental factors, or modifications by others.
Safety Practices
- Technicians follow OSHA and NEC safety standards at all times.
- Work areas are kept clean and safe for homeowners and pets.
- Power may be temporarily shut off during repairs for safety.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to all work areas.
- Ensure adults (18+) are present during service appointments.
- Disclose any known electrical issues, previous work, or hazards.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties.
Personal and payment details are used solely for scheduling, billing,
and communication related to electrical services.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us
at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice cancellations may be subject
to a service fee depending on preparation or travel already performed.
